Dr. Ashley Palmer in UT’s English/Writing Department, has begun having her students in her Honors Academic Writing and Research course focus on Tampa and the Tampa Bay Hotel. She is posting all of the essays on a corresponding website: tampabayhotelawr.com. The essays cover a variety of topics related to Tampa, Florida, and the former Tampa Bay Hotel and are particularly insightful. This is a great illustration of the innovative work we encourage in the Honors Program at UT.
